I absolutely LOVE this coffee! It is rich in flavor, but not overwhelming. The chocolate notes paired with the light fruit notes and spices are delicious. I typically don't enjoy coffee without any creamer or milk and sugar, but this blend is so smooth and sweet enough to drink just as it is! This is now my go-to coffee!!

We love that you're enjoying the PNG

One of the Best coffee I have tasted! I have been roasting geez beans from different parts of the word for over 15 years and I have bought roasted beans from several reputable coffee roasters. Katï Coffee has excelled in selecting the bean and roasting the beans to perfection ! I visited their Roastery and seen the care and meticulous roasting by Merian and her team . Amazed by their dedication to the details and handling of the beans!

I would have give n 6 stars if there was one. I have tried two other varieties and they were both excellent. I recommend Katï Coffee to any coffee lover without any hesitation
Thank you Merian and David

A very nice morning cup. Recommended

Amazing coffee! Amazing service!

Beautiful aroma and flavor. Made as a pour over, rich without acidity.

LESS CHOCOLATE, THINNER CREMA

My most recent bag of Sumatra dark roast is more subdued than my previous order of Sumatra. The current batch makes good espresso, but the chocolate flavor notes are barely noticeable (they were much more pronounced with my previous batch). In addition, the crema is thinner and about half the volume of the previous batch. This may be related to the reduced chocolate flavors. I definitely liked the previous batch more than the current batch.

A great cold brew (and a very nice hot brew as well)

I tried Boreas both hot and cold: hot in an AeroPress & cold in a BeanPlus, using a medium grind in both cases. The AeroPress produced a nicely balanced, low acidity cup, chocolate forward with a hint of sweetness. The BeanPlus produced a wonderfully bright, clear drink, with low acidity and a light fruity, clean sweetness. A real winner!

Thanks Alfred! I always look forward to hearing how you experience our coffees 😊

Extra good experience meeting the Owner/Roaster at Katï.

Excellent curated coffee, roasted by a master. Papua New Guinea is smooth, mellow and absolutely delicious.

Thank you for the kind words Pattie. It was such a pleasure meeting you and your grandkids

Discovery of new coffee type

My coffee variety is very smooth and delicious. It is a joy to sip it, if it is light or very strong. I would recommend it highly to anyone.

I’m typically a single origin person, and have enjoyed Kati single origins, but wanted to try one of their blends. This is smooth and although I don’t have a refined palate, I think I could even id some of the suggested coffee notes.

I don’t have a refined palate when it comes to tasting different coffee notes, but I do know good coffee. This is a good blend. Flavorful and smooth.

Great for Espresso and French Press

Of the 3 that we sampled after visiting Katï Coffee in person, our favorite was the Minerva Espresso. For both French Press and Espresso coffee. Thanks for working with us to lead us to the right decision!

ENJOYED IT!

My tastebuds aren't that refined, however, I enjoyed it. I'd like to think that I'm helping the people of Tanzania in my small way. The experience of purchasing it was extremely pleasant, which would also describe the owner. I wish you well.

Nancy, thank you so much for your kind words and support. We're thrilled you enjoyed your experience with us and look forward to serving you again!

SURPRISINGLY DELICIOUS!

Great flavor. Complex with surprising depth when using the Yamanaka wood brewer and osmotic style pour over. Not your typical medium dark roast and goes well with milk!

Nice morning brew

Although I typically prefer the fruity African coffees, this is a great South American coffee. A nice morning cup, and as one reviewer noted less acidic.

Thanks Chuck!

Very very nice fruity peaberry.

I know this will sound pretentious (probably is), but this coffee is nice and fruity whether brewed on Fellow Aiden or a pulsar brewer. As good as any Fellow drop coffee out there!
