We were looking for a name that evoked 'cool, refreshing, and intense' and found it in Boreas, the Greek mythological god of wind and winter.

A great cold brew (and a very nice hot brew as well)

I tried Boreas both hot and cold: hot in an AeroPress & cold in a BeanPlus, using a medium grind in both cases. The AeroPress produced a nicely balanced, low acidity cup, chocolate forward with a hint of sweetness. The BeanPlus produced a wonderfully bright, clear drink, with low acidity and a light fruity, clean sweetness. A real winner!
