Katï Coffee began with a question: What makes a cup of coffee truly exceptional? That simple curiosity set our journey in motion, from exploring the intricacies of origin, terroir, and varietal to diving deep into the science and soul of roasting.
Along the way, Katï became more than a roastery. It became a space for craftsmanship, connection, and community. Founded by Mirian Diop and woman-owned, this specialty coffee roastery aims to "pay homage to each bean so we can highlight its uniqueness."
We roast in small batches with intention and care, drawing on both precision and creativity to bring out the distinct character of each bean, whether as a single-origin offering or in harmony with other coffees in one of our exquisite blends.
