Brookwood in Georgetown (BiG)

… this tagline drew Katï Coffee to BiG.
Brookwood in Georgetown is an organization that provides meaningful vocational activities for adults with “intellectual, physical and emotional disabilities that prevent them from functioning independently in society.“ These adults, known as Citizens, each possess unique talents and abilities; BiG strives to create a platform that enables them to share those gifts with the broader community.
Katï Coffee is honored to partner with BiG in a meaningful way and provide ongoing support via their newly created specialty coffee enterprise. To that end, we have created a signature blend, ‘GROUNDS OF GRACE’ that is produced with the support of BiG Citizens; additionally, a percentage of sales of this blend will be donated to BiG
Southwestern University
We are passionate about the pursuit of knowledge, and strive to support innovation and discovery driven by curiosity and creativity. Southwestern University’s approach to education (Paideia) and overall student experience is uniquely positioned to prepare students for exceptional careers.
That is why we established the Katï Educational Scholarship Fund at Southwestern University to support women in STEM fields. Additionally, a percentage of proceeds from 'SCHOLARLY PIRATES' (a blend developed with input from students, staff, and faculty at the University) will be dedicated towards growing that scholarship fund.
Georgetown Association of Professional Firefighters - (Local 3991)
Did you know that the Georgetown Fire Department responds to 10,000+ emergency incidents per year? We admire the men and women who courageously serve this community as firefighters and medics.
Katï Coffee is proud to partner with Local 3991 to create a dedicated blend, '3991 HOOK & LADDER'. Coupled with an initial donation, a percentage of this blends' revenue will be donated to the Georgetown Firefighters’ Benevolent Fund in support of firefighters who encounter hardship.
Round Rock Association of Professional Firefighters - (Local 3082)
According to the association’s president, the 150+ firefighters in Round Rock, TX “are proud to have a strong relationship with the community” and “take an active role in our neighborhoods”. The Association works to ensure that its members are well equipped to provide excellent public service.
Katï Coffee is excited to partner with Local 3082 to create ‘3082 FIRST DUE’. In addition to our first donation, a percentage of the blends' proceeds will be donated to the association’s Benevolent Fund.
Canyon Lake Professional Firefighters' Association - (Local 4713)
Although still a ‘young’ association, Local 4713 has been consistently dedicated to giving back to their community while supporting their fellow firefighters who face hardships.
Excited about the opportunity to support Local 4713 and their activities, Katï Coffee has made a donation to the Canyon Lake Professional Firefighters’ Association. Additionally, a portion of revenue from ‘CANYON LAKE 4713 Smoke on the Water’ is pledged as ongoing support to the association.
