We’re a working roastery, but guests are always welcome to stop by during open hours for beans, conversation, or a quick sip of what we are sampling that day.

Our roastery is located at 3871 E University Ave, Ste 195, Georgetown, TX. See our Contact Us page for direction... look for the scent of freshly roasted coffee.

What are your hours?

We’re open Tuesday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., for walk-ins and pickup. Mondays and Fridays are by appointment only.

Can I tour the roastery or see the roasting process?

We occasionally host open-house days or small group visits. Join our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to hear when the next one happens.

Do you offer store pick-up?

Yes. You’re welcome to pick up your order at our roastery during walk-in hours, Tuesday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., or by appointment on Mondays and Fridays.

Just select Pick up at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your coffee is on its way.

Can I use my loyalty points toward an order?

Absolutely. When you’re signed in at checkout, you’ll see available Remï Beans rewards and can redeem them directly toward your purchase. You can also view and redeem rewards anytime from your account dashboard.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your coffee hasn’t been roasted yet, we can often adjust or cancel your order. Please email us as soon as possible using the contact form on our Contact Us page

What if my package arrives damaged or late?

We want every bag to reach you in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, please reach out with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll make it right.

What if I need to return or exchange my coffee?

Because coffee is a perishable product, we can’t accept returns once it leaves the roastery. If your order arrives damaged or
incorrect, reach out to us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our coffee, we’d still love to hear from you.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are the easiest way to keep your coffee shelf full. Choose your coffee, bag size, and delivery frequency and we’ll roast and ship automatically.

You can pause, skip, or change your subscription anytime from your account; no strings attached.

Can I change my coffee, frequency, or bag size?

Absolutely. You can log in to your account at any time to make changes, skip a shipment, or adjust your preferences.

Will I get the same coffee every time?

That depends on your choice. Harmonic Blends remain consistent year-round, while Single-Origin coffees rotate seasonally to highlight what’s fresh and available.

Can I pause or skip a shipment?

Yes. You can pause your subscription or skip a shipment directly from your account dashboard, no need to cancel.

What happens if a coffee in my subscription becomes unavailable?

If a coffee reaches the end of its seasonal run, we’ll notify you with a recommended replacement. You’ll always have a say before we make any switch.

Do you grind coffee before shipping?

We ship whole-bean only, so your coffee arrives at peak freshness. Grinding just before brewing makes a big difference in taste and aroma.
