HARMONIC blends stay the with same each order.

Single-origins (LUMINOUS Lighter Roasts, POISED Medium Roasts, ROBUST Darker Roasts) cycle through their collection. Once you’ve had them all, the cycle starts again.

What’s the difference between single-origin subscriptions and Harmonic blends?

Coffee is a seasonal crop, different regions harvest at different times of year. Our single-origin subscriptions (LUMINOUS Lighter Roasts, POISED Medium Roasts, ROBUST Darker Roasts)showcase those fresh seasonal arrivals.

HARMONIC blends are crafted for consistency year-round: the components may change, but the flavor you love stays the same.

Can I subscribe to single-origin coffees?

Can I change what I get?

Yes! You can update your coffee choice before any order processes.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

Yes. In your account under My Subscriptions, you can update how often your coffee ships (every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, or 6 weeks) at any time.

Can I change the number of bags in my subscription?

Absolutely. Add or reduce bags for any upcoming order. No need to start over.

Can I change the bag size?

Yes! You can switch between 12 oz and 2 lb bags anytime

Do I still get the discount if I make changes?

Always. You save 10% every order, no matter what you change.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can pause at any time for up to 6 months. After that, the subscription will automatically cancel; you’re welcome to re-subscribe when you’re ready.
