This is my favorite coffee. I have a Breville Touch and add steamed whole milk with one pump of Hollander Carmel and it is perfection. This bean really does have a dark chocolate flavor to it which blends really well with the milk and caramel preparation.

This is a very nice roast. When I prepare it with a fine grind and brew with a Cezve or Moka Pot, I get a cup with a strong chocolate / cocoa presence and just a hint of sweetness; with a medium to medium-coarse grind and brewed using various pour-over devices, I get a cup with strong cocoa notes and a nice balance of sweetness.

Phenomenal coffee and the staff at Kati were friendly and knowledgeable taking the time to learn how i drink my coffee and then recommending this blend.

The only coffee roasted locally to me in GTX thankfully just tastes better!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience attending the recent onsite coffee cupping at Kati Coffee. Mirian and Dave did an excellent job explaining the differences among the coffees and guiding us through the tasting process in a welcoming, educational atmosphere. At the end of the event, we purchased their Papua New Guinea Highlands beans, and they have been absolutely delicious at home - rich, smooth, and full of flavor. It was a great introduction to a coffee origin we hadn't explored before. If you're a coffee lover or simply curious to learn more about specialty coffee, we highly recommend attending one of Kati Coffee's cupping events. We'll definitely be back!
