My husband and I had a wonderful experience attending the recent onsite coffee cupping at Kati Coffee. Mirian and Dave did an excellent job explaining the differences among the coffees and guiding us through the tasting process in a welcoming, educational atmosphere. At the end of the event, we purchased their Papua New Guinea Highlands beans, and they have been absolutely delicious at home - rich, smooth, and full of flavor. It was a great introduction to a coffee origin we hadn't explored before. If you're a coffee lover or simply curious to learn more about specialty coffee, we highly recommend attending one of Kati Coffee's cupping events. We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I have really gotten into specialty coffee, and we were thrilled to find Katï Coffee, a fantastic local roaster in Georgetown, Texas. We’ve tried several of their roasts over the last year. Whether we brew a pour-over with a Hario V60 or use our AeroPress, the tasting notes are always spot on.

We’ve only bought beans from them a handful of times, and it had been a couple of months since our last visit, but Miriam still remembered we prefer light roasts. They are genuine, do amazing work in the community, and roast fantastic coffee. We couldn’t recommend Katï Coffee more highly.
