We got a new coffeemaker that grinds the beans. After we had a few misses, we finally figured it out and made the best cup of coffee ever! The Nicaragua Jintotega was delicious! We will be revisiting that particular bean!
Tried this blend for cold brew based on Mirian”s recommendation… was fantastic! As described, starts out with a nice fruity flavor and closes out with a nice chocolate finish. For a cold brew blend this is a great choice. Thanks for the recommendation.
Good tour of the roastery, esp. wrt the process of dialing in roasts and how the various pieces of equipment contribute.
And the pairing portion was a good intro to how various foods complement (or not) light and dark roast coffees.
