Why this bean: this is a well balanced blend that marries a bold chocolate flavor with mild tropical fruit sweetness for a well rounded and nuanced finish. While we love to enjoy it as a medium body espresso, we also find that it brews fantastic drip and pour over cups as well.

About the coffee: a blend of coffees from Central America, South America, and East Africa allows us to highlight features and flavors we love from each region.
