Once a month, a small group gathers at our roastery in Georgetown to explore the depths of what coffee can be... not as consumers, but as tasters, thinkers, and flavor chasers.
This isn’t your average “sip and nod” session.
Together, we walk through the cupping process, the same one used by the pros to evaluate aroma, flavor, mouthfeel, and aftertaste, and guide you through what makes specialty coffee special, one slurp at a time.
Whether you’re a seasoned home brewer or someone who still Googles “what is acidity in coffee,” this space is for you.
