The Mexican Chiapas is outstanding.
I absolutely LOVE this coffee! It is rich in flavor, but not overwhelming. The chocolate notes paired with the light fruit notes and spices are delicious. I typically don't enjoy coffee without any creamer or milk and sugar, but this blend is so smooth and sweet enough to drink just as it is! This is now my go-to coffee!!

One of the Best coffee I have tasted! I have been roasting geez beans from different parts of the word for over 15 years and I have bought roasted beans from several reputable coffee roasters.
