This is not bland like the other decafs you’ve had. Because of the Ethyl Acetate (a.k.a. natural sugarcane) decaffeination method that was used, this coffee retains its unique character and vibrant flavors.

About the Producers: grown by various smallholders in Valle del Cauca, located in the southwestern corner of Colombia. This Cauca Valley is surrounded by mountains that help maintain its year-round stable microclimate and is well known for its sugarcane plantations. It is no surprise then, that naturally occurring ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane molasses is elegantly used to decaffeinate coffee without sacrificing the coffee flavor
