Why this bean: SCHOLARS + COFFEE = INNOVATION… that’s our story and we’re sticking by it 😂!

We created this blend in collaboration with Southwestern University (Go PIRATES!); and the consensus was for this bold cup with hints of dark chocolate and caramel. We also found this coffee to be full bodied with very slight hints of spice (à la clove), great for drip and espresso brew methods.

A percentage of the revenue from this sale is donated to the Katï Educational Scholarship Fund at Southwestern University.
