Why this bean: inspired by their mission, we were drawn into partnership with Brookwood in Georgetown (BiG) after hearing their origin story. This blend is based on the first cups of coffee we shared with our dear friends at BiG… it has a robust chocolate flavor (more dark- than milk-chocolate) and an underlying stone fruit sweetness. We love it for its balance and versatility with different brew methods and drunk as black coffee or with your favorite additives.

This coffee is roasted and packaged by Citizens from BiG. Additionally, a percentage of the revenue from this sale goes to support the Brookwood in Georgetown.
