Katï Coffee Soft Product Launch

So many exciting things have happened over the last few months!

Our plans for starting Katï have evolved with the changing business landscape. We welcomed the challenge of our roastery space being made available 5 months ahead of schedule. We spent the last few weeks renovating that space, bringing it to code (food regulations), and are currently completing state and county permitting requirements towards our grand opening this fall.

That said, today is a special day for us, as we launch this campaign.

We want to give you a sneak peak of what's to come. Over the next 7 days we will share some of the beans that ignited our passion in specialty coffee. Over the coming days, we will showcase beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, and Nicaragua, with the story behind how our paths crossed and what we like about them.

Our first release will be at noon CST today, Wednesday Aug 14th
